When I got my order, my fries was cold. I asked for fresh fries, the manager got so upset. I asked for a refund, the manager declined giving a refund. I asked for corporate number, the manager told me, "corporate number Is 1800 I don't give a shit!" All on recording and in front of my children. I was at the drive thru so instead of giving me corporate number so I can leave, he started taking the food to the cars behind me out the back door! Very unsanitary, very distasteful, very undemure! He was so comfortable with being rude, you can tell this was a normal thing for him.

I hadn’t even finished ordering food for lunch when I just happened to look and see my child being handed a icecream cone. I took it cause he knows we eat them get icecream which caused him to get upset cause he was almost handed the ice cream. I don’t know who was taking my order but she was super rude acted like she couldn’t even talk and I was just inconveniencing her entire day by stopping in. The icecream sat and melted so had to ask for a new one and they just looked like it was a chore.

Waited more than half an hour for a vanilla milkshake and was then brought out a chocolate shake. The cleanliness is abhorrent, lots of unexplained stickyness coating the seats and tables.

Worst visit ever to a DQ. Had difficulty comprehending then making a dipped cone and my husbands blizzard had a few fillings at the top wasnt mixed and was terrible.
