I'm actually disappointed in making this review However I ordered the oxtails and rice and for $21 you only get two oxtails. I actually asked the kind young lady that helped me how many did I get and she said three. Disappointingly enough the oxtails wasn't meaty and was mostly fat, And they were COLD. I'm actually a returning customer of Gail's because I really do like their food, but this time I'm very disappointed. I may return but it definitely won't be for the ox tails.

KIYAH was very pleasant and explained everything i needed to know. The food is amazing and decent portions. Got to try their food if you haven't already.

Customer service is excellent, waitresses are very attentive and friendly. I met the owner and he was very welcoming. Me and my kids always enjoy the food especially the gail’s wings. 10/10 we eat here every other Saturday :)

I oreded the fish and it was mushy like mash potatoes! I went there to get a remake and the fish still was rank and mushy! Eat there at your own risk!

Yesterday, I Ordered over the phone and picked up. Service was courteous and the lady at the counter hooked me up with an extra pork chop since the initial one with my order was tiny. I ordered two porkchop dinners and a chicken dinner. Everything was so delicious. I’ve ordered from here before, no disappointments here!

Got it delivered the meatloaf sweet potato the meatloaf was harder then a rock and to much nutmeg on the sweet potatoes and I paid for corn bread never got it the meal was horrible

This place is chaotic! I saw their restaurant online and decicded to pickup a meal. I used the kiosk to place the order. I took more than 2 hours to get the meals, total mayhem. They ran out of certain foods items , didn't make it known. Meal delivery drivers were waiting chaotic with customers. Orders were mixed up, they had no system to pickup orders, except for a very lightly spoken young lady. I don't believe I have ever been more frustraded due to poor service than with this experience. I don't recommend this place unless things have improved!

This was my first visit off of a recommendation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I believe I heard it was a family owned business. Unfortunately I will never visit again. Our food was $38-$40....but I was fine with that proce if the food was good but my food was horrible. With the two dinners, we got Rice & gravey....🤮the rice was so undercooked it's texture was like someone poured gravy on uncooked rice. Just plain brown gravy no onion, blackpepper, or salt....no flavor. The chicken too bland, no flavor. Just baked with the brown gravy. The big cut cabbage also, no flavor, just boiled in water🤢 the candy yams...one of my favorite southern desserts was tough stringy cinnamon flavor boiled 🍠 yams...highly disappointed 😞 the other dinner was fried fish....now that was hot and actually great 2-3 pieces cabbage and mac& cheese. We never tried the mac&cheese since everything else was horrible. We also did get the 3 fried collard green egg rolls....they were hot and was a 4 out of 10...the dipping sauce made those a 6. This was not a good experience and we love trying new places to dine...unfortunately we give this a poor rating and will never visit again. Maybe they will do better for their customers of the future. Nice staff horrible food.

First time there! Won’t be the last. Definitely “real” soul food. Very plain interior with friendly staff. My server was very attentive and the food? OMG! Was so good. If you want good “down home” souther.cooking; don’t hesitate to stop here for a belly full!! Thanks!!

I got the turkey wings and the gravy taste like flower...very nasty...love the music they play while you wait tho..the greens are good and the Mac and cheese is ok.

The chicken and greens were perfect great flavor and perfectly tender but the rice and mac n cheese weren't even edible and I tried them twice. That sucks because they got the hardest parts correct.
