Very unfriendly and disrespectful staff, food was horrible must had been old and made before I ordered , hash rounds was so soggy. Also place is a filthy disgusting mess, I would recommend to avoid this hardees

Leah is always helpful and so pleasant! Thank you, Leah! ALSO, MANY thanks for bringing back FRIED EGGS on the Breakfast Menu! We frequent this Hardee’s for various reasons (including EXCELLENT service!) but we had fallen off our visits somewhat when the fried eggs went away. So happy and grateful to everyone involved for raising the standard and listening to customers.

2nd time I've gone thru drive-thru for bfast lately. Both times asked for sausage biscuit combo for 6.57 and ended up paying almost $9 after they upgraded combo to large without asking. Handed me my drink took my payment, walked away. Thought he was getting my food right? 5 minutes later, came back to the window, bag was sitting at the window, he forgot to give it to me before walking away to do whatever... think I'm gonna stick with dunkin for now on
I door dashed me an order and it was WRONG ! I’ll my location was only 9 mins away from the store . I ordered 3 meals w a few extra things at 9:00 this morning it’s 11 o clock and I’m just getting my food. Food is cold . I’m 2 whole sandwich’s and one they replaced with the wrong sandwich !! The phone isn’t updated online so you can’t get in contact with them !

I ordered my food on the app before I went to pick it up. When I got there noone acknowledged me. After 10 minutes of standing there I asked if someone could give me my online order. The manager then told me they were busy..WHAT?? First of all there was no one else in the restaurant and only a few cars in the drive thru so how are you busy? I have never had anyone let alone a manager tell me they were too busy to give me my food. He was and is the worst manager to be working there. What is the purpose of ordering through the app if my food is not going to be ready when I get there!

Would not scan my QR code for my rewards and coupon. They said their scanner is busted and they dont accept. Food was cold

Went inside tonight around 6:45pm. The manager was screaming at her staff about the closing the previous night. Finally got the attention of one of the crew members and she walked up to the counter. The menu screen was completely black all three panels. And metal parts were on th counter. I said how do I know what you're serving. She said you can go through the drive thru and look at the menu to order. Bizarre. I left and went to Burger King up the street. Very clean. Very friendly. The burger was excellent.
