Encaustic of Covid. We've had a bit of a time getting our IDs renewed. Today, a good kid helped us out. We are very appreciative.
I am based out of Pax River MD but needed a NMCI connection. The staff was very supportive and went the extra mile to ensure my NMCI needs were met. I was in a situation that would have prevented me from completing my TDY, but the front desk lady, IT lead, and Manager all ensured I got the support I needed. I cannot thank them enough.
