My experience was really bad I waited 15 min for them to tell me they had no tables available when I was looking at at least 6 or 7 empty tables and then I heard people complaining about the food was not out yet and they had been waiting at least 30 min
My family in SC have been going to this place for over 10 years. Usually our party is 15 or more. Food is yummy, service is on point and the owners treat my family like family. There is not a full bar, but the margaritas are flowing.
Always good and prices are good
Best LaHa in low country. Gets over busy sometimes but food is always right out. Fresh Hot and Prepared to perfection. Some other locations cut veggies too big or don't fill the quesadillas etc. This one gets it right. Everytime I go. Try the Taco Salad or Texas Rice.
Chicken fingers dried out cooked too hard
It's a good place to go for lunch and get their fajitas.
Waited 10 minutes before someone came to table. Brought wrong orders out. Were only 4 other tables at the time of our visit.
I don't know what kind of rating to give since the food was delicious but I woke up today with simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. I only got 1 refill on my drink and my queso came out after my entree. There was one other couple in the whole restaurant beside me, and I was dining alone.
Business lunch with Co-workers. Was a casual setting, moderately busy. Food was great as well as the service. Would go back again.
We frequent La Hacienda in Goose Creek, but last night was by far the worst dining experience we've had. My party of two was seated, and we ordered two Midnight Margaritas with a specific request for no salted rim, sugar instead. After 25 minutes, we finally received our drinks—with salted rims. I politely informed our server, Luisa, about the mistake, but she just smiled and walked away.
I attempted to drink the Margarita but couldn’t. When we ordered our food, I requested no beans with my dish, but it still arrived with beans. She had to take back to correct order. Throughout our meal, we had no napkins at our table, except for the ones wrapped around our utensils. We had to ask for napkins and never received any at all.
Later, we ordered two more Midnight Margaritas, and those were finally made correctly. However, even though my first drink was made incorrectly and left untouched, I was still charged for it. I don’t think that was right.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, which is surprising because we've always had good visits here in the past. I hope management takes note and improves the service because last night’s experience was unacceptable.

I love la hacienda, but the location in Goose Creek food taste nasty and
Didn't have lime margarita, enchilada bland, rice not hot used to be my favorite place, won't be going back
I rarely take the time to leave a negative review, but my recent experience at La Hacienda in Goose Creek, SC was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. I’ve ordered drinks from various locations in Charleston multiple times, but my drinks I ordered today was off and tasted strange. The one drink tasted like it came straight from a Sprite machine that was overdue for a change—it was overwhelmingly sweet and had an odd bleach-like aftertaste.
I kindly asked our waitress to remove the drinks from the bill after she said she wouldn't remake them. I was told by the manager, Mario, that we still had to pay for them. While the cost wasn’t an issue, the real problem was being asked to pay for drinks that were undrinkable. I pride myself on being a loyal customer, a generous tipper, and someone who values excellent customer service, but this experience fell short in every way. The drinks were off all together, my margarona tasted like salt favored water.
This will be my last visit to this location. I’ll stick with the one in North Charleston. Hopefully, the staff can train the team here on how to provide proper customer service and make drinks accordingly. Thanks La Hacienda of Goocreek for ruining a much needed lunch date.
Food was delicious
Ordered through Door Dash. Lahacienda did not pack my bag correctly and Door dash did not verify its contents. They left out the large salsa that I paid $5.50 for. The steak Mexicano was suppose to have tomatoes. It did not have any tomatoes. I ordered a large Pico degallo. It was not in the bag either.
I am really mad. I paid $37.57 for this meal. Do not use this business.
