Level Up Nutrition, now known as Rewind Nutrition, is a bright and inviting spot, perfect for grabbing a tea or smoothie. The menu offers three types of teas - Loaded, Elevated, and Hydration - as well as protein shakes. The House Party Hydration tea is a popular choice, known for its refreshing taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, making customers feel welcomed. The drinks are delicious, with flavors that match their descriptions. For example, the Snickers shake truly tastes like a Snickers bar. The only downside is that there is a charge for card usage. Overall, it's a great place to visit, and many would recommend it and return.
