Excellent pizza place. Ingredients are top notch quality and the service is always fast compared to other pizza chains. The server that took my order's name was Isaiah, and he was super nice and helpful. The pizza was hot and fresh, the cheese still melted when I got it.

Quick and easy to pickup, friendly staff. Ordered 2 pizzas the one in the photo was fabulous! My 2 topping other pizza was unfortunately not cut but no worries they were probably in a rush to get my order to me since I was waiting inside. I have a pizza cutter at home and all the food was delicious! Jalopeno ranch dipping sauce was included with my order inside a box and tasted great!

I have ordered several times never online but tonight I ordered at 5:09pm online delivery time was 35-45 minutes but yet we waited over 2 hours for it to arrive then the food wasn’t even hot
We have picked up pizza from this Marco's a few times. We are always greeted politely and served quickly. The food is always top notch and has been terrific. The manager has called me ahead of the pickup to inform me of any issues if I order on line. My wife particularity enjoys the old world cup style pepperoni. On the last order we did, I surprised her with a custom made pizza. The lady who took my order was great, the staff took the request seriously and even asked permission to decorate the inside of the box for her. The lady, Lyla?, who took my mid-afternoon order was there later that night and made sure it was taken care of. They went above expectations, and really made it a great surprise for my wife. And this has to be said, this was all done the night before Thanksgiving, which is notoriously one of the absolute busiest nights for pizza places. Thanks Marcos Staff, we will continue to keep faithfully ordering on the regular.

As I was getting my money ready for the the delivery guy that was at my door, he totally looked down on me and my mother as if I didn’t have the money. He literally put the pizza back in his bag and went bag into his car. I was yelling trying to tell him I have the money he still drove off as if he had an attitude. I’m so disgusted because I worked all day and have two children and pregnant really wanted my food and he did this to us. I really don’t think what he did was fair one bit. I spoke with the manager it seems as if he didn’t care either. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I WOULD RATHER COOK A PIZZA IN MY OVEN!!!
OH YEA NOT TO MENTION WHEN THE FOOD WAS BROUGHT BACK TO MY HOUSE BY ANOTHER DRIVER IT WAS COLD!!! SO I KNOW THEY DIDNT MAKE IT OVER!!!! IM SO DISGUSTED AND I WASTED 60 DOLLARS FOR 40 DOLLARS ON THE MEAL AND 20 DOLLAR TIP ON THE NEW DRIVER THAT CAME.

I was having a 3 day stay at Summerville medical center and saw a delicious Marcos Commercial on TV and instantly decided to order, after trying the 3 local numbers to place an order (bacons bridge, central ave, college park rd) it was decided that none of these locations were willing to deliver to me and I was not in an eligible delivery area, I was beside myself, highly disappointed and confused, so I ordered dominoes without any issues. Nothing positive to say about Marcos. Definitely off my pizza list. And I order lotsa pizza. Marcos fumbled on an easy touchdown. Get it together Marcos!
