I just ordered 2 extra large pizza from
650 College Park Rd, Ladson, SC 29456 and it was a great experience . First time in a long time since the last visited this store and it was not very good the service and food was not the best. I am glad you have got a manager that knows the importance of customer service . I just wanted you to give a shout out to Dillion a person that actually is turning that store around and he knows how to treat his customers .

I have not been here in a while so I decided to try it again. When I went to get my pizza, there was a young man, Dylan, who welcomed me into Marco's. He asked me how my day was and he was very a upbeat person with a great attitude. Something you don't find very much anymore. My pizza was exactly how I ordered it. I don't normally wirte reviews, but I wanted to acknowledge Dylan and let him know he made my day with a few kind words. I wish you well with becoming the new manager.

Besides their pizza being the best, today I had the best experience ever!!! I placed my order before there was any rain in sight. About 10 minutes after I placed my order, the rain began to pour. In 30 minutes, the doorbell rang and there stood the delivery lady drenched from bringing my order from the car. I offered to find an umbrella quickly but she said she would be okay. I called the store as well and added more to the tip. This was top tier customer service for me!!
First time buying a pizza from Marcos the pizza was awesome, and staff very friendly. Will come again

I had never had anything from Marco's. I'm glad I did I had a crustless pizza in a bowl. It was delicious. Prices are decent. Will definitely go back. RECOMENDED
