Mike's Pizza and Italian Restaurant

At 11:30 am we order our pizza through the Slice app we were directed to from the Mike’s website. At 12:10 we get an email from Slice stating that Mike’s wasn’t delivering today. My husband and his dad go up to the store and arrive around 12:45. They order the pizzas at the store and are told it’ll be 20 minutes. Instead it took almost an hour, and then when they returned home, one of the pizzas was plain cheese when it was supposed to have two toppings (and we were charged for the two toppings). Based on the rude response from the owner to one of these other bad reviews, it’s pretty clearly not worth my time to try and call to ask for a replacement or refund. We’ll go to Stoner’s next time.

*update 1. The money was refunded after 3 separate phone calls. 2. What kind of policy is it to have the customer waste more time to drive the food back? Didn’t you see what you put in the boxes? Photos would have been easier. 3. We were told during one of the calls that the store was being sold in a month.I don’t know what happened to this place. My family were loyal customers 1-2 times a week until today. 2 pizzas that looked Iike this and a burnt, dried-out calzone. Someone thought this was acceptable to put in a box and sell for money. When we called they insisted we further waste our time and bring the food all the way back there if we wanted a refund. They claimed they are going out of business. Not sure what that has to do with selling us $35 of inedible food. We have yet to see a refund.We’ve also recently had wait times of 45 minutes OVER the quoted 30-35 min and continued to give them business.

Eh. Wasn’t impressed. The quality of food did not match the price. Pizza was better the next day when reheating It in the oven. The chicken Alfredo was not very good and, again, a bit pricey for the quality.

Mike's Pizza and Italian Restaurant on Goose Creek Boulevard in Goose Creek is a great place to go for quality pizza and Italian food. Everything that I have tried here has been delicious, fresh, and well prepared. They have really good value for all that you get here with your order. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.

Moved to the area about 9 months ago and have been trying different pizza places since. So far Mike's is the best in the area and this will be are go to for pizza.

Placed an online order. I was charged for the order and then when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that my order was never received. Had to place my order again and wait 25 minutes. On top of everything, no apology. No manager on site on a Friday night. ???

Very taste pizza and made just as we ordered. Will be back!!

We stopped here for lunch on the way back from our trip. We had a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 teenagers 13-16). We waited about 30 mins, which for a group that size is OK. The pizza was very good I thought and the teenagers loved it. The staff that we had was great and very friendly. Can definitely recommend this place.

We love going here. The pizza is amazing. Just don’t get the fried pickles. We paid $7 for 10 little pieces.

First off I would like to state that I order from this place often, however the poor customer service I received after informing them that they left a lot of hair/feathers on my order of chicken wings was disgusting. The manager did not care and has no customer service skills, she didn’t care that there was hair on my chicken she more so just was in a hurry to give me my refund and go about her day... She stated if it was her “I would have just plucked them off”... don’t get me wrong I know that there are times where you can just “pluck them off” but in this case the chicken was not clean at all because there was still a lot of noticeable feathers on it... it just sad that she would treat a paying customer like this and not show no remorse for providing such unacceptable food

We ordered 2 philly cheese steak sandwichs and fries. Not sure what kind of bread they used but it was dry, hard and flat, hardly no meat, cheese or onions and the fries were soggy and cooked in old grease. Sorry to say but our first visit will be our last.

Being from NY originally, I am always on the look out for a good pizza or pie as we call it. Just moved to Goose Creek from Summerville so wasn't really sure what was good around here. Decided to try Mike's and ordered 2 pies both a little crispy. Best pizzas I have found in SC. Will definitely be getting all my pizza from this place from now on. Good job Mike's!

Good pizza's

1 st time getting from here and I am very impressed! The kids loved the pizza and spaghetti and my chicken parm stromboli is out of this world good!!

They had a kid running in and out the kitchen without a face mask on. They had another adult sitting on a table not eating and the dining room's closed without a mask on. And the cashier girl also did not have a mask on. The garlic knots were tasteless. And they only put pepperoni on half of our pizza! Won't be back.
