It has the makings of something that could be great however it's lacking the final touches. A little more flavoring, a decent cheesesteak roll and better pricing might do the trick.

Yall came to my job for food truck day. Unfortunately was unimpressed. The steak egg roll was so greasy. The loaded fries weren’t even hot. It was luke warm fries, warming steak, cold cheese stacked on top. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to bring it back to your attention or get anything else, since our lunch is 30mins.
