Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a 2 (6) piece wings with dry rub. 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 2 mash potatoes. I paid on the app ahead for pickup. On arrival I was told they were preparing my order. I waited for over 20 minutes and nothing. I finally asked again and they literally reached for my order that was sitting there the entire time with my name on it. I mistakenly didn't check before leaving. When driving over 20 minutes away, I opened my bag and the wings were plain. No rub no nothing. Chicken sandwich wasn't even in the bag. I contacted the store and of course the worker that answered was very rude and couldn't care less. I filled out the survey and got some apology but dang. I was hungry. I paid for the food and got ripped off! Nope not again at this location!

Super excited to order fried pickles, and when I got home they were both stale and soggy at the same time. MAJOR disappointment. At least the chicken was still crispy

Ordered a 12 piece family meal and told me at the drivethru that it was $85.00. He corrected at the window after I asked why it was so much. Then when we got home only to discover they didn't put any biscuits in the family meal. I wasn't driving all the way back there to get them. The chicken that we did get was good. Moral of the story is check the price BEFORE you pay and check the order after you get it because they apparently don't check and are okay if you don't get your entire order they tried to over charge you for. Won't be back.

Went there today on May 11th and there was black stuff all in my cup. Just plain nasty.

Very slow service and not fresh. Never make anything right.. they don’t give u the receipt so u can’t come back

I’d give this Popeyes a solid 3 stars. The food was fresh and had that classic Popeyes flavor, especially the chicken — crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The biscuits were good too, though a little dry like they sometimes are.

Service was okay but not great. The staff didn’t seem rude, just a bit rushed and not very attentive, and the wait was longer than I expected even though it wasn’t super busy. My order was correct, but I had to double-check everything before leaving.

The restaurant itself was fairly clean, but a few tables needed wiping and the drink station was messy. Overall, it’s a decent stop if you’re craving Popeyes, just don’t expect a standout experience.

Slowwww always gotta wait and just fyi order only 1 pie for $1.89 twice for $3.78 instead of ordering 2 for $4.96… how does that make any sense..
