I love Popeye's Chicken! But I hate this store. I stood at the front counter, alone with no other customers inside, for more than 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There was an employee standing on the other side of the counter three feet away from me with his back to me the whole time. No napkins, no silverware, no condiments were out, and the containers for these items were dirty. The entire dining room floor was greasy and slippery, as if it was cleaned with...
Honestly service is getting a lil faster a lil better. We got all our food and drinks within a very decent time compared to the other near locations, and whoever made the sweet tea on Saturday July 13th 2024 @ 7:30pm is absolutely gonna need a raise and assign them to make the tea here from here on out because that tea screams southern style sweet iced tea from the heart.
