I love going to Sonic and enjoy their half price drinks and order ahead via app.
However this specific sonic location has very poor and slow service. My app said I had a pickup time at 4:59pm, and at 5:02pm the screen cleared and said someone was going to be out with my drink shortly. I did not receive my drink until 5:17pm. This is unacceptable service time for one single drink. There were three other people there at the time I was, one in an SUV that had to go in to receive their order (It was a small bag and two drinks), and two other cars, one who only had two drinks and one who just had a small bag. There was no one using the drive thru at this time.
Highly recommend choosing a different location for quick service or plan ahead to sit in a stall for 20 minutes per item ordered.
Leaving a 1 star review for the sole reason that the "Franchise Operating Partner", Morgan Kinkead, who I can only assume is in charge of the holiday schedule, is making these employees work on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
Even worse is that the hours of operation for Thanksgiving are 2pm to 11pm - which is exactly when Thanksgiving dinner is happening.
This is a perfect example of corporate greed.
I understand some people don't have families to spend the holidays with, but that doesn't matter. Give them the day off, PAID, and let them enjoy it however they like outside of working a slow ass day in a fast food restaurant.
And you bet I turned my ass around and bought food somewhere else.

For the food I got it was ok. The lady at the counter who took my order had an attitude when she had to reoeat herself and placed my order wrong. Their fixing of the situation was to go back through the line and order the meal that didn't get rang up.

Inside seating! Seinfeld was on the TV, Sold! The mgr was funny and kindly served our food to us. I was feeling wild and ordered something completely different than usual. The corndog was yummy (mustard!) and the chicken bites were delicious and filling. We were able to slow down and just enjoy. It was a nice joint with care.
If you like Iced Coffee w/Caramel THIS is your place!!! BUT.... You have to get it at night. Night shift makes it the BEST, hands down!!!

No stare from me they have mold inside not nice to the workers over heard the manager cussing one of them out over the speakerphone in the Drive-Thru not very professional at all would not recommend this restaurant to anyone stay clear

It's a drive-in. Food was delivered hot. Service had a smile.
Ordered bacon double cheese burger bacon and cheese we're cold. Meat was barely warm.my wife had a chilly dog got sick about 30 mins. Later. I do not recommend this sonic.

I went to this sonic this morning. I got off of work at 6:30 am. The website said they open at 6am. I sat in the drive through for a while, then pulled up to order at a menu board. I still got no response so I got out to walk in. I was informed by a very unfriendly person upon entering, that they don't open till 7am. At this time it was 6:58. Instead of being told give me a minute this person was very rude. I told them the website said they open at 6am, I was then treated very rudely again. I asked for the corporate number and I was informed that they were the owner and it's been this way since they bought it in April. If this is how they treat the customer I could only imagine how they treat the employees. I guess that's why the owner was opening this sonic this morning.
