Very rude with no customer service. I didn’t even waste my time ordering because of how nasty the woman’s attitude was in the speaker. If you hate your job that much, leave.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Had to repeat a drink order 4 times, and she got extremely angry and was so rude to my sister. She snapped at her to talk louder while she was already yelling in the mic. Absolutely unacceptable
Update: the lady that brought out food out was so cold and angry and frowned and glared at us

Went to sonic on a Sunday there was one car ahead of us and it’s been 30 minutes and we are still sitting in line. There’s nobody at the window to even help the car in front of us. The other guy you can see in the first window walking around, but not answering the phone if they’re not even helping people at the window they’re walking around on their phones. This is ridiculous. I will never go to sonic again.

1:51 pickup time for am order of mozzarella sticks. Had to go in and get them myself at 2:06 and then wait an additional 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. 🤯

I love going to Sonic and enjoy their half price drinks and order ahead via app.

However this specific sonic location has very poor and slow service. My app said I had a pickup time at 4:59pm, and at 5:02pm the screen cleared and said someone was going to be out with my drink shortly. I did not receive my drink until 5:17pm. This is unacceptable service time for one single drink. There were three other people there at the time I was, one in an SUV that had to go in to receive their order (It was a small bag and two drinks), and two other cars, one who only had two drinks and one who just had a small bag. There was no one using the drive thru at this time.

Highly recommend choosing a different location for quick service or plan ahead to sit in a stall for 20 minutes per item ordered.

Leaving a 1 star review for the sole reason that the "Franchise Operating Partner", Morgan Kinkead, who I can only assume is in charge of the holiday schedule, is making these employees work on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.

Even worse is that the hours of operation for Thanksgiving are 2pm to 11pm - which is exactly when Thanksgiving dinner is happening.

This is a perfect example of corporate greed.

I understand some people don't have families to spend the holidays with, but that doesn't matter. Give them the day off, PAID, and let them enjoy it however they like outside of working a slow ass day in a fast food restaurant.

And you bet I turned my ass around and bought food somewhere else.
