Don't order online at this location. They cut my ingredients by 50%. I got a club and they didn't put the roast beef on it. Couldn't even taste any meat on the sub. The bread looks different than other Subways. They shouldn't participate in the bogo if they aren't going to make the subs the correct way. Very disappointed. I will NEVER return to this location.

New type of flat bread (“labash”) that is much thinner than artesan. Long story short, I arrived home with two flat bread sandwiches as crispy as crackers. I’ll not be back unless they get rid of the new flat bread. Shame on Subway trying to squeeze out savings by ruining product.

I placed an online order at 1140am to be picked up at noon. I get there at 1205pm and it says it was ready for pickup on the app. I get there it is not ready hasn’t even been started. I waited for 25 minutes and it still had not been started. I watched people come in order and leave with their food. Finally, they started making one of the two subs that I order but as soon as another customer walked in they stopped making my order to attend to the other customers, making their subs around the one they started for my order. Finally, I address the fact that I had been waiting for 25 minutes and I was told that they had to help the other customers. I asked for a refund and corporates number and the guy responded with Google it.
No working restroom and no condiment tray. That's not ideal. On the plus side, the prices are dirt cheap compared to other Subways in the area, and the employees were nice.
