Wendy's in Goose Creek

“Order was incorrect at drive thru. Had to wait until server was back at window to have corrected before proceeding to pick-up window for my food. Caused a backup for the cars in back of me. No condiments were packed in my order for my baked potatoe, no butter, salt or pepper. Order was not checked for accuracy before giving to me at pickup window. Poorly staffed.“

“This Wendy’s is located just down the road from my home, so I am a regular of this store. I have to give HUGE props to Elisabeth. She often works as the cashier and she is always very pleasant to deal with. She’s always very professional, kind, and has never messed up my order. Also gotta give big ups to the crew in the kitchen. The food is always perfect and I’ve never had to worry about my order bring messed up. With all this being said, they are short staffed from time to time. Which is understandable. But even under high stress of being short staffed and having a line of customers, Elisabeth is ALWAYS on her A-Game. As someone who works in sales/customer service at a luxury car dealership.. I would hire Elisabeth on the spot just for her phenomenal work ethic. Thanks so much to the crew and Elisabeth! Much love!“
