The place is super dirty inside. The kid working the window would not leave us alone. He stood there n put his hands down the front of his pants n grabbed himself and pulled his hands out to smell them! I’ve never seen anything so gross..

4:30 crew on 12/29 were rude and very disrespectful!! I ordered 2 biggy bags and proceeded to say I had a son of baconator coupon and asked if it was just mayo cheese and bacon and cheese the girl said yes. Got to the window and she tried to scan coupon and it did not work. The girl told person on the line that I ordered the baconator but didn’t show up. Girl at window gave me 2 biggy bags and shut window so I waited she opened it back and I told her I didn’t get baconator and she said coupon didn’t work then said hold on and rang it in and coupon worked. I don’t believe she had rung it up to begin with because my total was 11.10 before asking for coupon. They ended up making it and handing it to me. I took one bite and it had ketchup on it so I turned around and came in and asked her if I could get it without ketchup and then I was sorry that girl told me it was just mayonnaise bacon and cheese After standing there for a minute and the girl having to tell the drive-through lady that her customer was standing there and she has walked away. The lady on the line was talking trash and saying that’s what these people do to get stuff. I proceeded to let her know that her employee told me mayonnaise bacon and cheese!! As they were all continuing to talk trash in front of me!! If they don’t like there job they should find a new one and not bash costumers for their own mistakes!!

I've waited over 30min every time I've gone here. In the drive through lane and in side. Walk in and you won't be greeted they will just look at you as they walk around in the back joking with each other. Paying no mind to their customers. Awful experience

It's 11:47 PM and my dad tried to order through the drive thru and he doesn't know English, he tried to say that he just wanted a fire meal but the worker at the time just said that it was closed while obviously the restaurant closes at 2 AM. My father had to go home to go back to Wendy's to place the order, when I arrived obviously they served me because it wasn't closed. I found this event unpleasant and even more the fact that when she told my dad that it was closed she put on the translator to say it, clearly she could have used the translator to help him with what she wanted, terrible service.

Do not waste your time trying to go inside at this location. The only thing open is the drive-thru. They have a sign on their door that says they are closed for remodeling, but there is not a damn thing that involves remodeling going on inside. It guessing it's because they can't handle taking orders inside and at the drive-thru (either that or they just don't have the manpower). What do I know, though? I just wanted to mention it, though, in case anyone thought it was an option to just walk in.
