If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime I come to this Wendy's It's always something! The first time a few weeks ago, I pulled up to the drive thru only to be told they were doing shift change and I would have to wait 10 minutes. That 10 minutes became 20 minutes and people behind me started driving off. After about 20 minutes, still no response so I left. I gave them another shot last night. Pulled up to the drive thru and the lady at the drive thru was rude. When I got to the window to pay, I asked her could I add something to my order. She told me with an attitude no. I don't know why not, you only had 1 car in the entire parking lot. You need all the business you can get! She was very rude and they definitely will not see me again!

Hit and miss at times. But im noticing an increase in customer service and food quality. Before, it was a crap shoot on getting cold fast food and poor service, but its trending up...UPDATE: Disregard this business ALTOGETHER. Service is trash, front facing server acts as if its a bother to do her job and here I thought new management would change this place. NEVER AGAIN.

This Wendy’s is ALWAYS slow no matter how you order, when you order, how you pick it up. Doesn’t matter. Placed my order 10 minutes before getting there and had to wait in line for at least another 10 mins to get my order with only one other car infront of me. Then I ordered two bacon burgers specifically and neither of them had bacon and the wrong toppings. Absolutely ridiculous and they appeared to have a manager working as well

This is the best Wendy's location in the Charleston area, the staff are fast and friendly, food is always fresh and hot.

This Wendy’s is located just down the road from my home, so I am a regular of this store. I have to give HUGE props to Elisabeth. She often works as the cashier and she is always very pleasant to deal with. She’s always very professional, kind, and has never messed up my order. Also gotta give big ups to the crew in the kitchen. The food is always perfect and I’ve never had to worry about my order bring messed up. With all this being said, they are short staffed from time to time. Which is understandable. But even under high stress of being short staffed and having a line of customers, Elisabeth is ALWAYS on her A-Game. As someone who works in sales/customer service at a luxury car dealership.. I would hire Elisabeth on the spot just for her phenomenal work ethic. Thanks so much to the crew and Elisabeth! Much love!

Always love the fast food here! Some stuff can be a little pricey but the do have a lot of tasty and affordable deals. Service is always friendly and my order is always correct.

This is by far the worse Wendy's I've ever been to. It's always a problem with the staff, systems being down, excessive timing on orders. If you have somewhere to be afterwards, DO NOT VISIT THIS WENDY'S!

I couldn't tell you how the food taste because I sat at the drive-thru window tonight for over an hour I sat beside the speaker for 20 minutes and apparently they didn't know how to ask anybody what they wanted to eat so I figured the speaker was broke I get to the window for the guy to tell me that he cannot serve me because I did not order but I was never asked to order anything or the speaker never came on the whole 30 minutes I sat beside it I've never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before my whole entire experience of eating out I will not go back to this place again and this gives Wendy's a shitty name to have somebody franchise into their business like this that is the rudest place I've ever been to in and waste of time and gas I burned out of quarter of a tank of gas waiting to get something to eat if you plan to go there to eat to sit there for an hour and then tell that they cannot serve you because they failed to answer the speaker or intercom and take an order hopefully it closes down soon. I've never been refused anything to eat because I did not order because nobody took my order they need to get it together up there I will never go back there again or any other Wendy's for that matter if they hire dumbasses like that I waited an hour or two give that place money and they refuse me service because I did not order through the speaker because they failed to use the speaker to take my order then they tell me out the window that they cannot serve me I hope it closes down soon I will never eat a Wendy's again

Have very long wait times if dining in. Decided to give it another try and watched my burger sit on the tray at the counter but waiting on fry’s. Watched many orders go out the drive thru loaded with fry’s but I just kept waiting. Cashier saw my order sitting but didn’t call out for a fry until I finally was tired of waiting and moved directly in front of the counter to stare. Foods good but sever lack of customer service or attention.
