The team was so nice I work 3rd shift and they were nice enough to make a meat mountain off menu sandwich when they should be getting ready to close the sandwich is over $16 but it was awesome if u love meat it's the sandwich for you

My experience with Ms. Vee in the drive thru was really refreshing. From the time she greeted me at the speaker until I left her disposition was amazing. It is really rare to go to a fast food restaurant and such sweet and pleasant employees. Arby's do whatever it takes to keep Ms. Vee there.

After hurricane Helene (9/27/24 2ish)
Many places were without power. Trying to find a hot meal was nearly impossible. These guys were open and while the lines were long and we waited 30 mins to place our order, the crew working was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind. Gave us hot food and had the best attitude. This crew deserves a nice raise and much more than they currently get. 5 out of 5. Bless you guys!
