After hurricane Helene (9/27/24 2ish)
Many places were without power. Trying to find a hot meal was nearly impossible. These guys were open and while the lines were long and we waited 30 mins to place our order, the crew working was absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind. Gave us hot food and had the best attitude. This crew deserves a nice raise and much more than they currently get. 5 out of 5. Bless you guys!

I don't know if I can think of a fast food joint that has employees with more hustle and drive than this one. And that is saying a lot for a town with MANY chick-fil-a's (as they're known for that kind of work culture). I'm always impressed by the staff at this location, even when they're slammed (with seemingly too few staff members since they're all busy working). Bravo Arby's. I hope the crew here are getting the recognition they deserve.

I don’t often go out for fast food, but I’ve stopped at this Arbys a few times here and there the last few years. EVERY time I’ve gone, the staff have just been excellent. They are very personable and they do their job efficiently. The one time I did have to wait a few extra minutes I didn’t even mind, because the workers were very apologetic and it was still a quick turnaround. The food is always hot and fresh as well, and I feel I get a good value for what I’m paying....
