The worst customer service ever. These young kids need more training to get my money
Brought my 8 year old son to the mall to see Santa. Has always been a tradition to grab some pretzel dogs afterwards. Everything was going well until the cashier Skip decided to ask my son (he has a birthmark on his face) if he got hit by a snowball. I told him NO. He said well something hit him, look at his face! That is when another Auntie Anne's staff member began laughing out loudly at my son. I abruptly told them both that he has a birthmark at which the cashier Skip replys...read full review
