We went to this location last night as a large school group/volleyball team. I did not want to go as our local Bojangles in our town has awful food and worse service. We walked in to smiling faces last night. The lady at the register smiled the whole time. Was very patient with the younger kids when they were ordering and helping them. worst service and cant get orders right . to busy goofing off in the empty dining room. never again. no wonder this location is not doing well.
So over this place. Yet another messed up order. I’ve had more bad orders than right ones. No one cares. I told them three times tonight. Still repeated it wrong. Correct them, they discuss with someone else. I say fine don’t bo size since you didn’t hear me. Not my problem but fine. You still messed it up!! Wrong side, no sized but I didn’t want your dry-ass fries. Wrong chicken and put ice in the drink that I didn’t want. Masks are no where close to being used properly....read full review
