I was very disappointed with my experience at El Sazon Catracho. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and during our entire visit the waitress only came to our table three times: once to take our order, once to bring the food, and once to take our to-go order. There were no check-ins to see if we needed refills or anything else.

We ordered this from door dash and it was absolutely amazing!!! We ordered the shrimp, chicken, pupusa and everything was absolutely incredible! I cannot wait to eat this again!!!!! I have never had food this good in South Carolina since I lived here
