Hi my husband and 2 children just left the restaurant. This was our first time eating there. The food was great and the people were so nice. We will be back! I will be contacting them to cater food at our business The Venue on Main in Fountain Inn!

Today was my first time eating from this restaurant. I had meat and three sides. Everything was delicious. Will be eating from there again. 😊

Let's start with the service, from the moment I walked in only one employee greeted me and smiled my entire visit, and that was Khalani. She was very pleasant the entire time none of the other employees smiled or interacted, they just seemed like they didn't want to be at work or better yet just wanted to get the guests out, they just weren't pleasant at all. Now the food, I've been wanting some chitterlings and pig feet for a long time. Since I saw that they were served here I thought GREAT. The chitterlings were ok no biggie, bit the pig feet had a sweet flavor to them which I really didn't care too much for I'm used to them having a vinegar flavor to them. I had green beens for my side and they really didn't have much seasoning to them at all. Yes, I will go back for the chitterlings, but I just hope next time the staff is having a better day.

Honeyyyy! This food danced all on my tastebuds!! I mean best food I’ve had in a minute! Think of your favorite family cook and multiply it! Beautiful set up inside and out, friendly and helpful staff, and they deserved every penny the food cost. The portions were good and the fruit punch tastes like childhood! Thank you so much for filling my belly and lifting my mood. Yall go support this amazing place!! Oh, I had the meatloaf over mashed potatoes, macaroni, and collard greens. Best meatloaf I ever did have! 10/10

I Walked in Boscos’s restaurant you feel like you’re at your grandma‘s house. The restaurant is kind of old looking, but the workers are very sweet and nice. I went there because I was craving some chitterlings, but I was utterly disappointed. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was fast, but the chitlins wasn’t given. They were too vinegary The macaroni and cheese didn’t taste like Soul Food macaroni and cheese, It tasted more like a Miss Karen prepared it the Lima beans taste like they came out of the can. The food was bland. I Payed $31 for chitterlings & two sides. Ugh ?

I ordered an oxtail plate with two sides and an extra side of corn. Total came up to be
$31.95…. The Mac and cheese was okay and the sweet potatoes were delightful. However, the oxtails were way too salty. I could not even finish them. The cream corn was also lacking flavor. But I’ll still go and order because the side items that I usually get were good.

Umm so the atmosphere was very friendly from some of the workers. I went this past Sunday for the first time. There was one lady who plated the meat and she was a little high energy made me feel like I had about two seconds to order before she was going to move on to the next person. It wasn’t busy at the time we were in line.

The food wasn’t fresh. I love mashed potatoes but they were dry and crusty in the pan so I did not order. I ordered the pig feet (heavy vinegar taste) over rice, I should have just gotten the chicken but the only thing that was out at the time were thighs. We got to our table to eat and a fresh batch of chicken came out with the other pieces. Why not say hey if you want something other than thighs we have more coming up in about five minutes?

The Mac and Cheese was edible and that’s where it ends, I just didn’t care for it. The cabbage was overcooked and soggy but had good flavor. As we were sitting we heard someone mention chitterlings and to our surprise it was on the menu but the rush to order caused us to miss that option. I ordered my mama some to go and she threw it in the garbage when she got home. It was heavily seasoned with something not sure what and they were very dark, kind of had a barbecue taste to them. They didn’t taste like chitterlings whatsoever. The sweet tea was very good I must say.

Overall, I would only return if I happen to be in that area and would only get the chicken. It’s very possible that my experience was lackluster because the food just wasn’t fresh when we ordered. They brought out fresh food once we sat down and then multiple customers started coming in so maybe on a Sunday visit at 3pm instead of 2pm? Give it a try you might have a better experience than I did. Oh and the bathroom was decent.
