Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

I don't always spend Father's Day elbow-deep in pizza crust and chasing kids through a restaurant, but that's exactly how we ended up at Brick's on Woodruff Road.

The place was busy, which is usually a good sign, and despite the holiday crowd, the staff kept things moving. I can't say Father's Day was a huge theme throughout the restaurant, but I did get a Happy Father's Day from the staff, and honestly, a little acknowledgment goes a long way when you've spent the last decade funding snack budgets and explaining why we don't lick shopping carts.

The pizza came out hot, the service was friendly, and everyone at the table left full and happy—which is harder to accomplish than most people realize when kids are involved. The atmosphere felt relaxed, family-friendly, and easygoing without feeling chaotic.

If you're looking for a solid place to grab pizza with the family, watch some sports, or just enjoy a meal where nobody's rushing you out the door, Brick's delivers. Father's Day ended with good food, happy kids, and no dishes for my wife to wash. That's a win in my book. 🍕🍻

We ordered delivery. The pizza was very small for $18. We got 2 orders of (8) wings, one Buffalo and one garlic. Wasn’t at all what we were expecting.

I want to start of by saying the food was good I had no problem with that. The purpose for why I rated 2 stars was because on Fri June 3 at around 1:30 pm according to my phone it was 95 and felt like 103 and during one of the hottest weekend the restaurant placed us in the far back where there was absolutely no AC running!! That was incredible ridiculous I had my 8 month baby in that sona environment. My husband even asked the hostess and the waiter to turn the AC or move us where it was cooler and they tried to play it off as though it is running. I swear there was absolutely no air flowing or running in that space. I had to tell my husband to bring our portable fan inside the restaurant because I was in fear oh my child over heating. There were multiple guests in the same area we were fanning themselves with the menu to try and cool down. Other families asking to be moved to different tables and they would not accommodate whatsoever. How dare you be open during a hot summer day and not provide customers with a cool environment. I don't know if they were being cheap and didn't want to run the AC or if it was broken then be honest and say so. But I would not ever recommend going to this location unless you want to be sweating, hot and without any air. I will not ever go back that was inhumaine to have condition like that for your customers.

Food was bland and boring. Crust tasted like they completely forgot to use salt in it. “Cocktail” was straight simple syrup overpowering any flavors it might have been intended to have. Service was sparse and slow. Atmosphere was very loud on a slow night.

Really enjoyed my visit to Brixx! The wood-fired pizza was fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect crispy crust. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and overall a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Greenville!

I’ve never eaten at this restaurant before. I absolutely love a good quality pizza. It’s hard to find a Little Caesar’s, Dominoes, Pizza Hut etc. that makes quality pizza. Although the price was a little steep especially in today’s climate I was still pleasantly surprised and have now found a new pizza home! The pizza was worth every penny and even if their prices increased I would still be a loyal carry out customer.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The staff member with curly hair young guy who was working in 3rd shift after 10:00 Pm was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a very unprofessional attitude throughout our visit. I would honestly rate the service 0/10.

Our order was not prepared as requested, yet another customer who ordered the same thing received it without any issue. That inconsistency made the experience feel unfair and left us questioning how customers were being treated.

To make matters worse, one of our glasses was taken for a refill and then returned without being refilled. When we pointed it out, the staff member responded rudely instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake.

Overall, it felt like customer service was the lowest priority. Rather than making guests feel welcome, we were treated with disrespect from start to finish. I wanted to speak with the manager at the time but unfortunately couldn’t find one.

Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this place. If you do decide to visit, I hope you receive much better service than we did.

Great pie, crisp and chewy cupped pepperoni!!!!

This was our first time being there in about 15 years. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was the star of the show as we got many half and half pizzas and some pasta. Everything was so good...even better than we remember it! We'll definitely be back soon to enjoy more deliciousness.

Had a fantastic experience here! The wood-fired pizza was absolutely amazing, and the salad was incredibly fresh and delicious. What really made the meal stand out, though, was the staff—they were so welcoming, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. Exceptional food and top-tier service, we will definitely be back!

I travel a lot for work. I stopped by Brixx Wood Fire Pizza. It was almost like I was at Cheers. It was like everyone knew everyone. The waitress Jen was amazing. As people walked it she knew them by name. I thought that was pretty cool in my opinion.
