The staff is very polite and helpful
Kind of ruined the experience and unfortunately there was 2 hairs this was the longer one.. I called and let them know but I don’t believe there was a manager around. She just said sorry and thanks for letting her know but she really didn’t seem to care in the slightest. I think this should be handled better in the future especially at a higher priced place like this.
We have always loved this location and frequent it often. My husband, son, and 2 day old baby boy came to Bruster’s for PJ day. We were told that our bath robes which we have always worn for PJ day did not count. We drove 15 minutes for this, and we will never be coming back to this location ever again. Clearly they do not appreciate their customers.
Good ice cream, really slow service
Hour and a half before close and they wouldn’t take my order at the window. 2 thumbs down
the older white lady is very rude and nasty , there was hair in my strawberry ice cream they are over priced and they should get shut down

So I paid seven dollars for my ice cream plus was charged $.69 for gummy worms what they failed to tell me was that it was only gonna come with two like I’m sorry why only two gummy worms are that worse of a shape in economy

The Strawberry Shortcake is bacckkk, and sooooo delicious, the price is fantastic for the size you get and the customer service is just AMAZING!!! They also provide your lil furry baby a free dog bone sundae too, just amazing!!!
