We’re relocating to the area, and one of my husband’s biggest concerns was whether he’d be able to find legit Mexican food. 😂 He’s from South Texas on the border and comes from a traditional Mexican family, so the bar is HIGH. This is the spot! The food is fresh, authentic, and delicious, it feels like we’re sitting down to eat with his Abuela.
My new favorite.
Excellent food! I love the tacos, burritos, and Bistek. The meat is very flavorful! The soup always looks and smells good, and I can’t wait to try it!

El Caldaso Taqueria serves traditional Mexican cuisine with regular, good food and handmade tortillas. Try the authentic pollo fundido and carne asada, which are excellent. After a recent remodel, prices have increased, but it's worth it for the delicious meals.
