“I gotta admit I was a bit skeptical of a restaurant conspicuously advertising the sale of horse meat with a name like "The Paddock" but I was not disappointed. FINALLY an establishment that stands up to our governments "health" department and joins the rest of the world on their views of delicious exotic meats. The fact that my burger took well over an hour to serve tells me that not only that the scrumptious steeds are kept onsite, as the name The Paddock suggests, but they also slaughter the animals themselves to give that tough textured taste that is undoubtedly horse. The place was a bit hard to find with virtually zero parking, but that's to be expected of such a unique establishment. I was also excited to see such a young clientele with myself being the only customer over the age of 20. A bit odd to serve alcohol with such a young consumer base, but I'm glad the kids are catching on to the popular trend of horse burgers. I remember back in my twenties when all we had in the way of horse were little sea biscuits, but I digest. Come check out the hip new place on the forefront of equestrian dining!“
“If you like a college atmosphone and a great variety of delicious food, you'll love dining at Furman Hall. We go at least once a week and make it our meal for the day. You can find international dishes that will satisfy meater eaters to vegetarians. There are also several gluten-free menu options as well. It's very affordable and offers a great view of Furman Lake, which you can walk around after eating.“
