I’ve ordered three cakes from Mikey for special occasions. Amazing every time! The cakes are flavorful and not dried out, buttercreams are made with butter and not shortening, (which you can taste the difference!), and very flexible with the designs of her wedding cakes.

By far the most delicious cake I've ever tasted and I'm not a cake person! I'll eat this cake any day!

Carried out to perfection this harpsichord confection for a post-Greenville Symphony concert which featured my husband conducting and our daughter performing a harpsichord concerto. Michal is easy to work with and as you can see…the result was perfect and our guests loved it!
