How much has Burger King changed over the years ? I mean what have y’all done to change the original charbroiled hamburger flavor!! I’m sure y’all have received lots of complaints about cold food but the so called hopper was not the solution because now they’re over heating the sandwiches. Prices getting high and quality low. Not good

GREAT COMPANY! Nancy was professional, knowledgeable and most of all a compassionate caring individual.. I spent 2 hours with her and felt at ease and confident as I signed the contract. She answered all my questions I posed to her(and of course I had a prepared a long list before my scheduled meeting with her). Upon leaving, Nancy told me my matchmaker would call me in a day or so. Oliver(my matchmaker) sent me a lengthy e mail, telephoned me and in addition sent me a couple of texts. CUDOS to these employees. It is obvious to me they work as a team and genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend Carolina Introductions. I have had nothing but positive things to say about the company. They are for real!! Again, They work as a TEAM!!

I had the best of intentions when signing up for a service that does the vetting for me in possible matches and connects me with people looking for the same thing because they are equally invested. My experience so far has been bleak and then I found out that they do not charge people the same. I ask you, does it show integrity that there is not a single pricing structure so that each person is equally invested? I have found that the men that I have asked pay much less, one guy admitted it was a third of what I paid for almost the same thing. I also found out from a girlfriend who also signed up with them that she paid $1,500 less than me for the exact same deal I got. Also, you should know that their "vetting" system only filters out convictions. Without going into much detail to be respectful, I found out that one of my matches had been investigated for something that made me question ever having my daughter around him. He was a nice guy, but I cannot take chances and I don't know any other parent who would either. If you decide to sign on with them, don't take the first offer. They will not refund any of your money no matter how dissatisfied you are, also, they have different price sheets. I found that I was not offered the same as other people at all and other people were offered the ability to pay in installments and even though I asked for installments, all I was offered was to put it on a credit card if I wanted to. I remember thinking that they charge this much, but there was not one photo of actual couples they had matched or one knick knack on the desk in the room where I met with the consultant. The only decor in their office are some posters that you can get done at UPS for less than $20. I think they preyed on me because I am a widow, but when all I have was given to me because somebody I love died for it, I don't take that lightly. I thought I was making a good decision. If you are reading this, trust me, you will do better on your own. Since posting this review, I first got an offer to double my matches, then, when I pressed for a refund I was offered no refund only to get more matches which conveniently doesn't cost them anything. I was promised coaching. When the coach called, she offered her services for more money. I tried to reactivate once I had cleared my head and have not heard back since. I am still angry that I got taken, but the best I can do is hopefully prevent anyone else from falling for the same mess.

Horrible company. They tell you how great they are and emphasize that you have to give them time. They hope that you forget about them. I signed up for $300 I would get 2 introductions. The first one was several weeks, but she removed herself due to a personal issue. Then, weeks later, I get an email asking me to take a survey from the match that they set me up with, but no match was ever made. I immediately sent an email asking why I got the survey, but was not answered. I called the office. I was not on the phone with the office for a few minutes (I already told them that my email was ignored) when I got a responding email from someone with the company. The lady on the end of the email, Sarah (! believe). She was very rude and went back and forth with me via email before suggesting that I threatened them (which never happened). Another lady told me about their online portal, which I tried to get onto but didn't work. When I had trouble on the portal I called them back and the same lady gave me a different phone # and said that the person on at that line could help me with the portal. That phone # went to her co-worker in the same office who told me that the online portal was never up and running and didn't know why I was told that. Eventually a manager (or something similar) called and spoke to me about all of the BS that I was dealing with. That calmed things down for a short period of time. No other matches that fit were ever offered to me. A few days/weeks maybe, I received another call from someone with them offering me a refund. She said all I have to do is sign the release and I will get my money back. She did not tell me that in the release, they would be able to sue me if I did not take down any negative comments online/social media. I wonder why the woman neglected to tell me that part when we were on the phone? hhhhhhhmmmmmmm. Shady Company. Taking them to court will be the only way that they learn. They promised matches, not a specific number of hours or work. I agree with Mikki B and gary p below. This is quite possibly the shadiest company ever. You should google "Carolina Introductions review" and enjoy the show because more than a few people have been scammed by them

I was first contacted by this company in November of 2018 marketing their matchmaking services after I filled out a interest form online. The conversation centered on getting me into the local office for what was marketed as a "get to know you" consultation. I was unable to schedule the meeting during my normal working hours and requested they reach out to me in the evening. I received multiple calls after the initial call all during my normal working hours and I continued to request an evening call which I never received. The calls stopped. I started receiving calls from a local number around the end of April 2020 but no messages were left. In early May after receiving multiple calls from this number with no messages, I called the number back. The phone was answered by a female who did not identify herself or her company but then asked if she was speaking to me. When I requested to know who was calling she reiterated Am I speaking to ..... ? When I inquired once again who was calling she told me to have a nice day and hung up. I called once again and spoke to another female who told me she was calling from Carolina Introductions and "apoligized for her colleagues confusion", then went on to attempt to schedule an appoinment for me. I asked multiple questions about the service and the costs involved only to be told that there were multiple "programs" and the info was not available to be sent to me and I needed the face to face interaction for Q & A. She also made it a point to tell me that I could not get a true picture of the company by reading reviews because only individuals with negative opinions would post. When I asked about success rates the answer was evasive and I was told the company had been in business for 26 years. (The company is shown in the BBB listing to have been in business for 41 years). I also acertained by further conversation that I was speaking with someone in Tampa, Fl not Greenville, SC whose sole role was to schedule appointments for the multiple offices this company owns under multiple different monikers in states across the country. I reluctantly made an appointment to speak with someone in the local office. They then made it a point to tell me to be sure to bring my checkbook or credit card to the appointment so I would not half to make a second visit to move forward. After disconnnnecting, I searched for reviews online and was directed the the BBB site listing for Carolina Introductions which is located in Fort Mill, SC. The rating was a C+ which was of concern to me, I also located several negative reviews on other sites. So I called the number listed above to cancel the appointment and shared what I had seen at the BBB site. The rep went online and told me they had an A rating and to look at Carolina Introductions, LLC. I did but it is obvious this is the same company perhaps a different office because the website is the same for both listings although the phone number for the Fort Mill office is an Oklahoma area code. I went on to explain I just wanted to cancel the appointment, as I was not willing to part with an amount in excess of $3000 - $7000 upfront, only to be told that all companies expected for services to be paid at the time of service. I replied that services were not being provided with my first visit unless they had a match waiting in the office for me. After several more minutes of trying to connvince me to keep the appointment which i flatly refused to do they ended the call. This is obviously an unscrupulous company that is trying to mask the identity of the parent company and who will most likely take your funds without provding acceptible service.

This is an outright scam and fraud that takes advantage of lonely people with absolutely no intentions of doing what they claim to do.after filling out all these so called personality surveys which they have no intention of using they throw your name in a hat and pull a name out of another hat. That is their matching system. My advice if they call just laugh and hang up.No, they haven't been in business 41 yrs. Lady at office very nice but then all scam artists are nice. **** *.
