Mr. Foster makes this restaurant great! He is a natural leader. All the other men at Charley's cheesesteaks follow Mr. Foster in his Excellence and customer service. The food is Top Tier, 10 out of 10 every time. Mr. Foster greets everyone with a smile and his employees seem to follow suit. I try something new every time we come here, and it never fails to impress me

Food was delicious, I enjoyed coming here for the first time during my visit to the Haywood Mall. I will definitely be back. Loved it so much. Response time was good, I don't expect them to get it done right away but 6 minutes to wait for my food isn't bad especially on a Friday night.

Look, as a SINGLE person we can only do so much. TWO employees were working during rush. They did their best and people don't consider that. They also don't take into consideration the food is COOKED TO ORDER. One employee cooked and one did cash and helped the other when needed. The cashier was friendly and smiled the whole time. There was a small wait, nothing major but the food was HOT and the orders were correct.This location is in the mall. They have earned an 'A'...
