This is the 3rd time I have been to this chick fil a in probably a month. They didn’t get my order right again. It’s not hard to put a few extra pickles on a sandwich. The fries was barely enough o feed a toddler. They just don’t listen and give you whatever they want. They are starting to act like Burger King and McDonalds to where they just don’t care. So done with this one!

This entire chickfila has always been fantastic across the board, but Shane really steps it up a few notches. He is super friendly and genuine. He laughs and jokes and helps above and beyond. He asks about my day and seems to really care. His customer service is perfection. Now I come to Chickfila probably more than I should, and always look for my buddy Shane.

I go to Chick-fil-A everywhere but today I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A at Cherrydale. There’s a girl working in the drive-through name Ella and she made my day. She had a great Personality and she made my day when I was not having a good one. Thank you, Ella. I hope you have much success at Chick-fil-A and I hope that you’re there the next time I come through.
