We went in for dinner at 530 on a Saturday. The food would have been fantastic but my salmon was completely raw inside. Like sushi. They fixed another for me to go since my family was done eatting and took it off our bill. Got home and that piece was raw as well. Hate it. But my families food was good.

The To Go service was thorough and quick. The Chili's To Go employee was kind and friendly, and he brought out the food to our car. My family enjoyed the appetizer trio and burger.
I went there for lunch during my work break. I sat at the bar, thinking I would receive quicker service. This was not the case. I wasn't even acknowledged by the bartender when I came in. I waited close to 15 minutes before she took my order. She must have been the day manager because she spent most of her time in the BOH instead of the FOH, including taking a smoke break. I know this to be true because this is when she came by to ask how everything was, and she smelled of cigarettes. Disgusting!!! I only wanted to pay my bill and leave.I also had to ask the hostess to bring me a to go container because of the absent bartender.

Excellent dinner tonight. We sat in Cindy’s section and watched her work her section like a BOSS! She is so kind and hard working, enjoying her job and doing it excellently. Management needs to recognize her, this kind of service is not a one-off - it’s clearly habit for her. Awesome job tonight, Cindy! Servers like you make the difference in a meal.

I have come here on two separate occasions and been disappointed both times.Today, we were sat at 3:35 and no one spoke to us until we asked for assistance about 20 minutes later. Apparently, the staff member that sat us did not communicate with the hostess, so our server did not know that we had been sat. Still, after another10 minutes, we had not seen our server. The hostess was kind and helpful and the manager was receptive, but I cannot recommend that anyone visit unless they are not especially hungry and have nowhere else to go.
