I went there for lunch during my work break. I sat at the bar, thinking I would receive quicker service. This was not the case. I wasn't even acknowledged by the bartender when I came in. I waited close to 15 minutes before she took my order. She must have been the day manager because she spent most of her time in the BOH instead of the FOH, including taking a smoke break. I know this to be true because this is when she came by to ask how everything was, and she smelled of cigarettes....read full review
Excellent dinner tonight. We sat in Cindy’s section and watched her work her section like a BOSS! She is so kind and hard working, enjoying her job and doing it excellently. Management needs to recognize her, this kind of service is not a one-off - it’s clearly habit for her. Awesome job tonight, Cindy! Servers like you make the difference in a meal.

The To Go service was thorough and quick. The Chili's To Go employee was kind and friendly, and he brought out the food to our car. My family enjoyed the appetizer trio and burger.
