First I will say that I was pretty nervous about going to this location, or any other Chipotle in the Greenville area, based on the reviews. I went today, July 29 2024, at 18:00.

I ordered in person, so of course the order was exactly as I wanted it and the portion was exactly as expected, big. They had everything I wanted and it tasted great. 10/10

Both employees I talked to were nice and spoke to me back and forth. No issues there. 10/10

I keep trying to like this chipotle, but I've been having order issues (mobile order) the past few times.

This last time, I did a mobile order, I went to pick it up at the time it told me. And when I went in to pick it up, they said they would start on it. Then they said they've been having issues with orders being stolen, so they aren't making them till people get there.

Why not just keep the mobile orders in the back?

Went in during lunch rush hour and didn’t expect much. The Lord blessed me and the workers with the creation of a burrito the size and weight of a small child. 10/10.Can agree that cleanliness needs a bit of work tho.
