Extremely slow service, ingredients weren’t prepped during dinner rush and staff all seems in a daze. Not returning.
I never write negative reviews, but I’m hoping this will alert management of possibly more training needed at this location. We have been waiting for what feels like years for this location to open- we love Chipotle and have never had a poor experience at any location. However, I will not be returning to this location in the near future. Stopped in to try this new location on a Sunday at 4:20. I’ll forgive the unavailability of chips due to supply issues. Only 2 other customers in the store, and over half of the selection bins were empty. Trash over flowing out of the bins. The staff was less than welcoming and actually looked completely worn out. Somewhere there is a manager or owner who could obviously care less. So sad because we were excited to have this new addition in the neighborhood.
