Well not having been at CC in 25 years, I was rather disappointed. The atmosphere was so so and the food and service was mediocre at best. Doubt if I'll go back with my grandson.

Doesn't accommodate people with allergies & told me my two year old cannot eat his chicken nuggets bc policy is no outside food. I understand the policy, but when I asked for an allergy menu, they told me they didn't have one. I asked what he's supposed to eat and they said it wasn't their problem. The manager is such an idiot who doesn't understand how allergies work stating "what's in the bag, nuggets? We got nuggets."What is in the nuggets lady? You have no idea. I know what's in these nuggets. She acts like all food is cooked the same, what a ding dong.Point being, your policy is stupid & your staff is even more so.

The food was good, staff seemed disorganized, 3 minutes before 6 parties were supposed to start and one poor employee was trying to get the tables set up and even walkied for help. The atmosphere was pure chaos with too many people to be able to move around comfortably and last, the speakers are set at deafening levels. I hate to leave such a negative review for a place that used to be fun, regardless of your age.

Very nice people that work here. Our kids had a lot of fun. The pizza is good.

Everyone except our server "Riley" seemed so serious and unhappy. Everything was so controlled and scheduled-I understand that there must be a process to handle such large crowds especially children but you can't allow the process to make you forget that it's supposed to be a child's birthday party and that is supposed to be goofy and happy or you loose the blessing. Thank you to Riley for keeping us straight with a happy attitude and smile to go with it. The only worker I saw that day with a smile. Thank you to Chucky for indulging my granddaughter even though it got you mobbed. Sorry, but it meant the world to my precious Navey.
