Everyone except our server "Riley" seemed so serious and unhappy. Everything was so controlled and scheduled-I understand that there must be a process to handle such large crowds especially children but you can't allow the process to make you forget that it's supposed to be a child's birthday party and that is supposed to be goofy and happy or you loose the blessing. I went for a birthday party, games were pretty good. Music was way too loud, and the birthday show for the kids was pretty lame. The prizes you get for the tickets are not very good. Frankie’s is far better in the way of games, prizes, atmosphere, and food.
