I LOVE Copper River! My favorite dish here is oddly enough, the house salad. It comes with diced hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and ham. Of course, you can get any one of 7 dressings however, you can't go wrong with the house dressing of honey mustard and warm bacon drippings. I recently had a house salad with a chicken and bacon quesadilla, and they were both delicious. Come for the salad. Stay for the appetizers and entrees. ❤️😋
I went there and ate with my dog outside on the porch. They overcooked my burger but made me another one. The manager came out to deliver the remake but also to see my dog everyone was sweet and very helpful. I think at one point i had 5 employees out there to see i the pup i think hahaha

Cons: The Sam Adam's Octoberfest leg blew right before my pour. The time to dinner placement was over...
