Corona Mexican Restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options, including veggie fajitas, tacos, burritos, and salads, all clearly labeled on the menu. The restaurant serves hot and fresh chips with fantastic mild salsa, just a hint of spice. The customer service is excellent and fast, and the staff is amazing and thoughtful. The menu includes dishes such as avocado salad, taco bowl salad, shrimp ala mexicana, and the huge California burrito with perfectly seasoned steak, tender and delicious, along with wonderfully seasoned beans and rice. The beans are so good and fresh, not dried up and pasty. The atmosphere is very loud, but the food is absolutely delicious and makes everything worth it. With free parking and reasonable prices, Corona Mexican Restaurant is a great value, although service can be slow when the restaurant is busy.
