So grateful for the staff here and the wonderful experience we had. While we were told when we walked in by people sitting near the door that we weren’t allowed to come in, one of the staff saw us and came and got us and got us seated right away. Super kind. Wonderfully efficient. And the food was just wow. We asked for recommendations and they did not disappoint. Went today and never received food we waited an hour and no food and when we asked the waitress what happened she said she forgot to put in when we asked for the manager and she was working on a party of 45 that was not even there yet so we just left

Based on the reviews, Crave Greenville SC offers great customer service with a hostess, busser, and waitress who were great at their jobs. The food includes the short rib and eggs, French toast, peach waffle, salmon croquettes w/grits, Strawberry Lemonade, Jerk Chicken waffles, oxtails, and the Eggs Benedict with Brisket. The oxtails were described as not food but ministry with gravy on it, with tender meat falling off the bone and seasoned all the way through. The jerk chicken waffles have the right balance of sweetness and spice. The waffles are fluffy goodness. The food was absolutely delicious, the best ever, and very satisfying. The atmosphere is amazing, very casual but tasteful. The vibe is smooth, and the staff shows real hospitality. This is a must try for anyone who wants to try something new and different.
