We had not been to C&C for several months, and had enjoyed it previously. I was surprised to read several recent reviews in which the service was a problem. Well, sad to say, we had the same experience. Our server was Lauren. She took our drink orders first. One in our party ordered unsweetened iced tea. I wanted to love this place, however the restaurant failed to deliver. I believe that with multiple events downtown on a Wednesday the business failed to deliver. We visited on July 9th we went to the play at the Peace Center but Chris Stapleton was also in concert. I ordered apps and a drink before my friends arrived I got my drink my friends than came in and ordered 2 drinks. We received the apps and finished them before they received their drinks. 2 servers and 1 bartender...
Food was good. Server was good. Atmosphere was loud. Hostess would sit people right on top of each other. Many open tables but sat us against the wall on the shared booth right between 2 people. The table is so small for 2 we had to request moving to another table. Not enough room for 2 drinks, pizza, and appetizer.
