They do not have a big menu but the food is very authentic with all the Middle Eastern flavors. It is located in the back of Holyland Middle-Eastern grocery beside the butcher. So while you wait on your fresh handmade food you can browse and shop for items. All the staff there is very kind as well.

This was not our first time trying shawarma. This is definitely a good version. Everyone in our family loved it. For me personally it was a bit over-salted. I would also add some fresh red cabbage, or other fresh veggies. The bread/tortilla/wrap was amazing. The French fries I would not recommend. There is no place to eat, but you can grab some authentic middle Eastern spices, meat, etc in the store. This will definitely be our go to place when we are craving middle Eastern food.

All cities/regions - if lucky - have their great sandwich. Atlanta had the famous Cool Corners Cuban. NJ has the Taylor Ham bfast sammy or a gloppy Turkey Sloppy Joe. Montreal has the smoked meat reminiscent of Katz's pastrami in NYC. Maine, the buttery lobster on a hot dog bun. Greenville finally has a truly great sandwich and that is the Chicken Shawarma from this place. This is actually a nice Halal Meat/Mid Eastern grocery store and if you need that kind of stuff, their selection is excellent. However at the back left corner is a tiny food prep area where the magic happens. A very healthy amount of chicken is fresh sliced from the vertical grill and put on the flat top to cook up a bit more. Then garlic sauce and pickled vegetables are added and this luscious mound is expertly rolled up in flatbread and put back on the grill top to toast a bit. This is not only by far the best sandwich in Greenville, it is the absolute least expensive (for this immense flavor, quality and quantity) at $8. Eight bucks. Skip the hipster shops selling their overpriced, beard hair-tainted measly sandwich wares. Pita House down the road is fine for similar but THIS is the bite you are looking for. You're welcome.

I visited the market for the Shawerma, it was so good I had to go twice in a row, might go back tomorrow. There's a sweet lady making the food that defintely cooks with love. Hoping to return one more time before I leave Greenville.

Shawerma was pretty good, wasn't a fan of the thinner tortilla style bread. Also not much to choose from topping wise. Felafel was very bland . Had to dip in sauce repeatedly. The Pita House right down the street is much better.

This is located in Holly land international grocery store. We’ve been trying to find traditional shawarma. And this place is it! If you are a veteran looking for that tightly and perfect wrapped shawarma you had while in the Middle East… this is the place to get them! They are just a bit bigger than what was had while deployed.
