Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Nice resturant. Great service. Friendly staff. Very expensive for what I ordered. Ceasar salad with grilled salmon. Very good but not worth the prices they charged. $16 drinks...really?

The food was amazing and the service was great too. We didn't have reservations but they got us in under 10 minutes.it is on the pricy side but we'll worth the money you pay.

Burger was good, other food is hit and miss type of thing. Waitresses leave a lot to be desired at times.

My son took me here for Mothers Day because I love this place. Service and cocktails were amazing. Unfortunately our steaks were both overcooked. My son requested medium and got well done. I requested med rare and got med well. After the wait my son decided that he would just eat his as is. Me liking my steak med rare, I sent mine back. No worries because I understood they were super busy. What I didn't expect was what happened next. The manager came up and apologized for the mishap and gave one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my 55yrs. EVERYONE was awesome and accommodating. I've been all over the USA and this place will always be in my top 5. Kudos to this team.

Great steak and fresh soup.

We went here for a birthday celebration and overall the experience was top notch! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! A reservation is definitely recommended. It can be a little pricey, but the quality of the food and service makes it a nice treat for special occasions.

Excellent service this evening from our server, Ethan! He did an impeccable job serving us and we truly enjoyed all of our meals. Everything was cooked perfectly and so tasty! Ask for Ethan and you'll have a great experience!

The vibe was great, server was slow, possibly short staffed but they were mot busy at all. It was a week day? Just the two of us for a birthday dinner. The steak was very fatty but the flavor and cook was fine just the cut of meat was off. I'd go again they have other good options as well.

I recommend you try the sirloin combo dinner with the BLT salad and brownie sundae for dessert.

We had a great experience with OpenTable and the Firebirds Restaurant. The reservation process was easy to use, and we were glad to be able to make a reservation. The food, service, and atmosphere were awesome at Firebirds!

I had out of town guest join me at Firebird's. Firebird's is a favorite of mine and they too enjoyed their dinner. Our server, Samuel, was spot on. To be a newbie, he served us well! The noise is the only thing I do not care for at Firebird's. Otherwise, we had a good dining experience!

my husband was supposed to get his salad before the entree - never came until we asked after the entree got there. was told they would “ take care of that “ since we didn't get it ask requested - they didn't. it was on our bill - ordered a second drink but never received it - the steak tasted good and it came out fairly quickly. not a stellar performance however .

Good food, had a few mistakes but the service was great, they fixed theirs things right away!! DRINKS ON POINT!!

I really felt it was important to share with you our experience at our local Greenville SC Firebirds on Veterans Day this year.

We have been loyal customers of your restaurant for many years.

The food is wonderful and the service stellar.

Your care and commitment to giving back to veterans and military is outstanding.

My husband and I in years past always got the surf and turf, because it truly was the best for a veteran meal.

We made reservations for Veterans Day 2024 and our son joined us for our traditional veteran meal.
Our son got the ribeye and me and my husband got the surf and turf (our usual).

When the check came, on the receipt the vet deal was not on my husband’s meal but on my son’s ribeye.

When we brought it to our server Murphy’s attention she started to say something about equal or lesser value and when we went to clarify that my husband(veteran) ordered the surf and turf and it was not the item deducted, she took it to her mgr to fix it.

He did not address the table, and when she brought the corrected receipt, the new receipt instead of saying Vet deal next to the surf and turf price

it said GOODWILL (see photo)

It left my husband feeling like he was trying to get something not promised or that he was at fault..

What was supposed to be our favorite way to celebrate what my husband did for our country and the restaurant that did so much for our veterans…. We really questioned if Firebirds care and compassion was something of the past.
