Everything about this place is always amazing!

My mom, sister, and I went yesterday. Ashley & Jackson gave great service! Our food & double black diamond martinis were so good.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary at Firebirds. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The team surprised us with a complimentary dessert and a thoughtful handwritten anniversary card signed by the entire team. It was such a kind gesture that made our evening even more special. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and celebrated. We truly appreciate your hospitality and will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with our dinner. Arrived a little early for our reservation but we were still seated right away. Our server Curtis was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. All the food was excellent. Steaks were perfect temp. The Cajun Ribeye was sooo good. All food arrived in a timely manner. The only disappointment was being out of a cocktail that was ordered but oh well. Will definitely eat here again.

I picked up an order from here some time ago, it was the best food I believe I have had in a while, I hope to come back soon, the staff were friendly and helpful, the is a bit high but not too bad, worth the price in my opinion 😉 😊 😀

I’m highly disappointed Firebirds. I wonder if they know that it’s 90 degrees outside and 97 degrees inside of the building..I had to leave shortly after arriving because of the sweat running down my face. I couldn’t even begin to enjoy my food! I hope they get this AC issue under control sooner rather than later because this is unacceptable. If I wanted to sweat like I’m exercising while eating I could just go on a hike!!

Had family from Maryland thought it would be good experience. I got citrus salmon and shrimp salmon was OVER cooked. Family had pork chops DRY!!!! Tea was plain.

Delicious food. The ribeye was tender and cooked just the way I like it. Delicious mushrooms and the creme brulee' cheescake... just 2 of my favorite desserts in one!

Dined in at 11am on a weekday. I only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The server was very prompt and attentive. I ordered the meatloaf , broccoli and a baked potato. I think it was $19. Just perusing the menu and I'd say the meals can be pricey, like so many other places these days. The food came out quickly and while everything tasted fine, my only qualm would be the portion of the meatloaf; it was pretty tiny. The 10$ off email they sent me drew me in and made it worthwhile. But I don't eat out often due to the inflated prices these days.

I have seen gas station restrooms that were cleaner. A lot has been invested in the ambience of this restaurant, however the attention to on going details is lacking. The staff are very friendly but my order and that of the table next to us came out incorrect. This restaurant could have a lot to offer if basic maintenance and better procedures were in place.

Molly at the bar was amazing. I had the perfect margarita with a NY strip, parmesan mashed potatoes and grilled shrimp. Everything was amazing.

We recently moved out to Greenville, SC from Nashville, TN so we’ve been venturing out learning the areas and trying different restaurants. Firebirds has an amazing atmosphere and the people at the front were very welcoming. After being seated our waitress Arin asked if we’ve been there before we replied with no we just moved here from Nashville, TN. She was extremely polite and very friendly. She gave a thorough explanation of the menu and items and her go to food. My wife ordered the three course meal and I ordered the baby back ribs. Everything tasted amazing. Even before we were done with our first bite we already planned to come back. I want to give special thanks to Arin and the staff for making our visit very enjoyable. The prices for the food are as Arin said “the biggest bang for your buck” and we will recommend this place to anyone. Also if you’re a ranch connoisseur like myself, this place definitely is the best!!!!
