Really good burgers but the fries were mid. Good service and nice location. The patio is heated which is definitely a plus.

Food was good but I would not consider it anything over the top - this location is definitely more of an atmosphere for sports than “the best burger” kinda spot. The trio appetizer was the best price IMO - got a lot for the price.

Great place if you don't mind spending $14 for a subpar burger.....oh if you want a kids size fry with your burger plan on adding $3 more. Add a $7 beer and you have a lunch that costs you $26 with tax. NOT WORTH IT!!! Don't plan on eating here with a family unless your wealthy. It is cheaper at Disney Land and Burger King is just as good.

I’m not sure who manages this location but they sure are letting it go down hill. The service is incredibly slow and lacking in every aspect of hospitality. Servers spend more time openly on their phones instead of taking care of their tables. The food was so over salted and greasy it was inedible. The Kicker is the server saw our full plates and never once asked how everything was, dropped the bill and disappeared. Didn’t pre bus our full plates or even wonder why we didn’t touch more than 2 bites? This was on a pretty slow night, no more than 6 tables. I’m giving 2 stars because the shake was super good and the fire place was cozy. Definitely does not meet downtown Greenville standards by any means. Heck wouldn’t even meet Burger King standards and that’s saying something. Try the Haywood location it’s far better all around.

The food was good but they downgraded the size of the milkshakes. It wasn't busy, but when it was time to ask for the check I couldn't find my waitress within the restaurant AT ALL for a good 20 mins. I had to ask the barista to find my waitress so I could pay and leave!

The "Hot Mess" burger was phenomenal, as was the "Kids Shark Bite" drink.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu has great and reasonably priced options.

The waiter (Josh)was great, the food on the other hand not so great. We received our food literally 5 minutes after placing it. The food appeared to have been kept in a warmer because the fries and burger were not hot, the food was not the best at all I would have been better off going to McDonald's Drive-thru We were totally disgusted with our food meanwhile there were plenty of restaurants in the area!

Waited 50 min for an underwhelming overpriced burnt burger with brown lettuce and soggy fries. Have been here three times because my kids wanted milkshakes. Every time we waited way too long and this place is not even packed.

Went for lunch a few weekends ago. The burgers were good and they offer gluten free buns. Service was slow even though it was not very busy. The location is nice. Little on the pricier side for burgers and beers.

Sat outside on a nice evening, which is a great vibe. Didn't realize the burger comes with no side at all, but we got the Three Way with truffle fries, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles, which was perfect to share (tho truffle fries taste better in the sweet marmalade sauce and sweet potato fries taste better in the dijon.) We split the beer cheese burger, which was fine - I mostly liked it for the pretzel bun. It's smaller than I thought it would be. We also shared a freaks ahoy shake (which they customized for my birthday!) and the ice cream sandwich on top was great, but the milkshake itself had no cookie pieces - it was just vanilla, and mostly milk. If we had to do it again, we'd get the salted caramel "non-freaky" shake and try to get a side of bacon to go with it.Service was generally good and quick, though points off for our server denying that our shake didn't have any cookies in it, when we were the ones eating it and clearly not finding any. (But I wouldn't get that shake again anyway - I was picturing an oreo-like cookies & cream shake with a mayfield-like ice cream sandwich on top, not chocolate chip cookies. So the name is a play on chips ahoy store cookies.)

We ordered 2 different sandwiches. 1 smash burger and the cluck it. I’m not picky but the bread was very underwhelming with no flavor.

Waited 30 minutes for a table, which we thought was a good sign for great food. Unfortunately the burger was incredibly over salted, even the lettuce was inedible. I thought they must have accidentally had a salt accident in the kitchen. All our food ( 6 orders) was barely lukewarm, fries were room temp.Disappointed as we were really hungry and other reviews had been so promising. We didn’t have time to ask for re-orders, as we had a show to get to.They did remove my order from ticket when I asked, and the server was trying their best.
