My significant other had called in an order in the morning to pick up at 8:30 PM. When we came in they stated they had nothing in the system and no order ready. We had the chance to speak with Aloura, and had the best experience. She was super helpful, understanding, accommodating, and patient. We greatly appreciate her customer service and positive attitude towards the situation.
Grimaldi's is top 3 pizza all-time for me and that's coming from someone who used to live in NYC. It's 100% the best pizza in Huntsville. Don't believe others when they tell you Valentina's...it's GRIMALDI'S!
