I can't eat bread but discovered they have a cauliflower option, so we were excited. However, their cauliflower option causes the price to increase substantially and you get a much smaller size adding to the cost over value. I don't mind paying a few dollars more for this option but for it to be significantly smaller and to cost more than a few dollars ... Just remove it from the menu.

I am a pizza snob. That said, this is one of the two pizza places I will frequent. The atmosphere is great. We were immediately seated on a Friday at 7pm. Everything was clean. The waitress was very sweet and quick on the refills. The pizza is nearly perfection. I judge every piece of pace by how well they make a plain Margarita Pizza. If you're looking for a good slice I would definitely come here.

The atmosphere was nice but overall my experience was not good. the pizza was good, but way overpriced in my opinion for what I got. I also had a beer that I maybe took 2 sips out off because it left a soapy taste in my mouth.

My gf and I went this past Saturday night around 7:45 for dinner as she had a taste for pizza and we have ate at this location before pre-Covid and enjoyed it. Let me begin by saying for a Saturday night it was busy but not overly crowded, we started off with a Caesar salad which we both shared and it came out right way which was no problem. When we placed our order for a pizza we waited an entire 25-30 minutes and still no pizza. Individuals that were seated after us had gotten their entrees before us. I dont know if there was a problem in the kitchen or their was only one oven or what but my gf and I got up and left because our pizza had not arrived after 25 minutes. This is pizza not rocket science. We dined at another establishment across from them and receive our order in a very timely manner. I will not be returning to Grimaldi's in the near future. I was highly upset.

My significant other had called in an order in the morning to pick up at 8:30 PM. When we came in they stated they had nothing in the system and no order ready. We had the chance to speak with Aloura, and had the best experience. She was super helpful, understanding, accommodating, and patient. We greatly appreciate her customer service and positive attitude towards the situation.
