Don't stay here... 1 working elevator on a 10 story building, crazy noises from the plumbing fixtures, zero pressure in the shower, loud people in the hallways at 2 am, television remote didn't work in our room, events that block off the bar for hours, nasty drains under the loud ice machines - don't stay here...

Pay $10 to park each night (like you have a choice), many elevators are broken, dolleys unavailable, ice machines broken on 3 of the floors including the 4th (but hey we can't buy parts), you can only get to working ice machines if you guess which floor and take the stairs, pay $18 each for breakfast if that is what you are into, available lobby coffee gone and not available during the day, if you want to go to the gym you can go to the basement. Uncleaned fly on our room ceiling. Was not impressed with this stay. Was not surprised, reviews already warned me. Lobby looks nice to fool you though. :)

Only one elevator worked for guests until they allowed us to use the service elevator. The other 3 main elevators remained out of service the whole weekend. There was a family reunion and a women's conference going on.

Terrible experience. This hotel is not a family oriented hotel. I stayed here because my family booked the room for our family reunion and we all wanted to stay together. The rooms don't have microwaves. The hotel doesn't have a pool. Several ice machines on multiple floors didn't work. I heard loud music at night while trying to sleep. You also have to pay to park and pay for breakfast.
Elevators were really slow

Had a great experience. Cleanliness was up to standard & so was the service. Markie at the front desk was super friendly & attentive.

The hotel TVs are like 1998. No smart TV, no way to access a fire stick, no way to watch anything other than what is on cable.

Room cleanliness was adequate, not fabulous.
Positives were
- the staff in general were friendly & did their best being understaffed
- nearby many food options & a mall, not walk-friendly area
- plenty of water dispensers were made available with good water supply (active group of dancers)....although this was likely arranged by our group director & not the hotel (?)

The biggest issues were regarding a large-group event & MULTIPLE inadequacies.
1) Elevators extremely slow & one inoperative so they had to add use of the staff elevator...still SUPER slow & impossible for quick room access during group breaks.
2) For a large group it felt incredibly under-staffed & hotel seemed very un-prepared (knowing in advance we had 500+ attendees). Additionally, very little accommodation for a group that is active (added social/gathering areas, food/drink availability) until late-night & early-morning.
3) Common areas near lobby bar are NOT usable common space for guests to have outside food or beverage....we were kicked out AND there is virtually no other place to sit as a small group. (So late night gatherings must be in your room where you disturb other guests??!! Insanity!).
4) For a group of dancers, the AC was completely lacking, NO fans were provided in any of the ballrooms to allow better ventilation & cooling.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel because I attended a conference in the area. I am a Hilton Honors member do I try to make it a point to stay in a Hilton hotel whenever I travel. After checking into our room, we settled in and went to bed. At 2:30 am, I woke up to a BEDBUG crawling on my leg. I woke my husband up in a panic. We lifted the bedskirt to check further and there were other BEDBUGS crawling on the box spring. I called the front desk and was moved to a different room. The next morning, I spoke to the manager and was told that unfortunately these things happen because the floor I was on was where most international travelers are placed. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that I had to worry about bedbugs. Management did what they said they could do to accommodate me, however we were uncomfortable and disappointed the remaining time of our stay. I should have known something was wrong when we received a call from the front desk about an hour after we checked in asking our name because they wanted to make sure no one else tried to enter the room while we were in there.

Update: Thank you to Andrew for responding. I have to add that the staff were all very nice throughout our stay and I feel bad for them dealing with an equipment breakdown that was out of their control. They were doing their best in a bad situation. The hotel also ultimately did not charge us for parking which is appreciated. However I am still hesitant to stay in this particular hotel again because this experience was such a hassle. We were staying there for surgery recovery expecting the hotel stay to be a breeze, and ultimately decided to drive several hours to get home rather than extend our stay--we originally booked 2 nights and intended to stay 1 or 2 more depending on recovery, but we just had to get out of there.

Original: STAY AWAY
I'm a frequent traveler and stay almost exclusively in Hilton properties so am comparing this experience to other Hilton properties. The hotel itself is fine and it's in a reasonable location. It's a bit dated but clean and comfortable. However, it has major issues. We were not able to check into our room until late because their key card machine is not working. Their digital key generator also does not work. We got into our room 3 hours later than we'd planned, only because they started escorting guests to their rooms. Later in the evening they began giving guests emergency keys and having us use the service elevator because while emergency keys work for our rooms, they do not work for the guest elevators.

**They did not ask either of us for our ID when we picked up our emergency key, so that's a safety concern.**

It is now the next day, and the key card maker is still broken. Second issue is our body wash in the shower is empty. We requested more at the front desk and they told us housekeeping will bring it later today when they do rounds. The problem is we have to leave for the day well before then. So we have to make a rushed trip to a store to buy soap that SHOULD already be in our room.

This is the most disappointing stay I've had at a Hilton because they cannot provide even the very basics. No key, and no soap. And on top of that they're charging for parking 👎

Came in town for one night, and it did not disappoint. We got to the hotel extremely early, considering check-in is not until 4:00. However, we were able to check in and go to our room and relax before dinner with my family. The hotel sits in a great location. Our room was very spacious, but the start of the show was the bed! It was very comfortable, I was able to get some rest without missing my bed back at home. One of the elevators is out, leaving them with one working elevator. No problem, they opened up the use of the service elevator, which is used by employees to the guest to get around the hotel.
