My husband and I tried Indaco for the first time today. We were downtown checking out ICE on Main and Indaco is located right by the rink. My husband had breakfast and I had lunch. He got the Roady breakfast and I had a Margarita pizza. The service, atmosphere and food were all great. Highly recommend Indaco 🇮🇹 ! We will be back soon !

This was quite the experience! It is very rare that the management at a restaurant makes all the difference in your experience!
As a vegetarian/ pescatarian I searched the menu for items that would suit, discussed it with our server and ordered the mussels, local peas and brussel sprouts.
I didn’t realize the mussels had prosciutto and the peas had sausages and the brussel sprouts had chili oil which made them way too spicy for me.
Meanwhile my husband ordered the fig pizza. He absolutely loved the peas ( having pushed away the sausage, the brussel sprouts ( he loves spice) and the pizza.

Our waitress Reagan checked in on us and realized the problem with the non vegetarian dishes, and let her manager know. The manager Matthew Anderson came by and asked how we were doing. After hearing my story and apologizing profusely, Matthew offered to provide an alternate meal and insisted on bring over the pasta broccoli dish which was exquisite! We then topped it off with a dessert ( Chocolate torte with espresso soft serve and peanuts-yum!) on the house. I actually do mgr. development -Matthew exemplified everything you want in a manager! I will certainly return to Incanto AND will read the menu much more carefully!

Vegetarian options: Several pasta dishes and appetizers - read the menu carefully and tell them you are a vegetarian

Brunch menu somewhat limited, great pizzas and meatballs. Ceasar salad was not a real salad, but few lettuce leaves with dressing on the top.

Need better hospitality, better drinks, better menu, and better staff. They run their bar like a college bar. Could only stay for one horrible drink.

Came here with a friend and we both really enjoyed it. The staff were all super friendly and attentive and greeted us right away. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy- I love the open kitchen and patio! The food we had was delicious, we tried a few pizzas and sides, I recommend the Spicy Sopressata pizza! All around great experience with the food, service, and atmosphere. Will def come back!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon made eye contact with multiple staff and waited a few minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence.

There were a few tables outside with food so it's apparent the kitchen was open.

Although the noise level was a little high, the service and the food more than makes up for it. The staff knew it was mine and my girlfriend's anniversary and they pulled out all the stops. A complimentary glass of Prosecco as well as a free dessert only added to the amazing service. The price is a little steep, but well worth it.

Very slow… don’t go here if you have anything else afterward. We had 6pm reservation that we were on time for and an 8pm show (requires you to be there by 7:45pm or you will miss) at the peace center. Normally that should be fine, but basically everything was running slow tonight… wine, food, service, etc.

We ordered as soon as we were asked (sometime before 6:30pm) and still had not received food at 7:30pm. We tried to cancel the food order before it arrived, but they brought out the food anyways, so we were stuck scarfing down the food as quickly as possible and not able to enjoy it. Even after food came out and after having told them multiple times how tight we were on time, it took a stressfully long time to get our card back after paying. Paid full price and the manager’s offer when the food we tried to cancel came out was only to keep it for us in the fridge until after the show. We were celebrating two birthdays, but just a poor experience overall and really nothing done by them to make it right.

Food was probably good, but we had to eat it all in about 2min, so hard to say. If we came back, it would definitely not be unless we had nowhere to be afterward.

Went in for a drink, walked out with a Pizza. When we got home and opened the box, we were quite surprised. It was a Gluten-Free crust, which was good. But someone must have held the chef back when it came to applying toppings. There was sauce, but not even close to the edge of the crust, there was at least 1+1/2" of uncovered crust on the 10" pie. There was cheese, but very sparingly applied. The onions and peppers were also rationed out. I would have gladly paid more, even with the high price we paid, just for a reasonably decent Pizza. Service ... fine, Atmosphere ... fine. Pizza ... Not So Much. $34.56 for 1 draft beer, and the Pizza. Add the tip, and we had reached the tipping point.
