“Had diner at DeMarco’s 8/11. Excellent. The sever, Theresa, was superb. We had a special appetizer for my birthday. The mixers la was perfectly warmed and salted. My eggplant was too much! I had to bring my cheese cake home and it came with a little candle! The atmosphere was elegant but not overstated. The best dining experience we have had in Greenville.“

“Liz Barwick and I were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to check out Giovanni's on a whim as it was a short walk away. What a fantastic decision this ended up being! There was a short wait for a table (less than half an hour) but that makes complete sense given the relatively small but very inviting interior space. It all feels very cozy and intimate. Service was excellent start to finish. The host made us feel welcome and accommodated, the Owner/Manager went over the specials and gave us a quick rundown on the options available, our server was prompt and very friendly, and we were never left wanting at any step in the experience. The food was all fantastic as well! We split an order of Calamari in sauce and fried mozzarella as a starter (both delicious) and for mains Liz had the Chicken Alfredo while I had a Mushroom and Truffle Ravioli special. Both of these were incredible and the ravioli dish was served with a flavorful oil and a small basket of bread to soak it up so as to not let a bit go to waste. We also had the Tiramisu as a takeout and it was on the same high level as everything else that we experienced! Overall I cannot recommend Giovanni's enough to anyone looking to have an intimate, traditional Italian experience in the Greenville area and will be coming again in the future!“

“The waitress was overwhelmed, she was waitressing and running the bar.. she was very sweet and handled the press.. but we didn't get the service we usually get.. never came back for refills of tea, when salad was brought no bread sticks. We asked said they would be right up they were baking.. dinner came we asked again, told they were burned and she would bring out some shortly.. she never did.. another waiter brought our refills and bread sticks at the end of the meal. Other than that food was good.“

“The best vegetable lasagna we’ve ever had. Perfect sauce, wonderful fresh herbs, veggies have a nice crunch, cheese to die for. While the baked caprese is delicious as an appetizer it is unnecessary w/the before dinner bread being great too. We will be back!“

“ordered pressco shrimp which was nothing more than pasta water as a sauce. not impressed. ordered the risotto stuffed for an app which never made it to the table and here's the kicker...when we approached the server for seating mind you the restraunt was wide open they attempted to give us a table for two right in the middle of the main doorway from the lounge to the back dining area. I immediately requested a different table. I expected much more. I was let down. sorry guys but it is what it is. rating would be a poor experience based on this FIRST experience. not sure if there will be another.“

“The Acropolis restaurant never disappoints. Our group of five ladies was celebrating a birthday. They put us in a secluded side room just for us. Portion sizes were large and most people left with take home boxes. My plate had delicious hummus, and well seasoned chicken along with a small salad. The pita bread was very good. We had a great time here and service was excellent. Highly recommend.“

“What a pleasant surprise! We weren’t expecting this place to have sandwiches, and we’re so glad we walked over to check out the menu.

The Hot Mama was the perfect refreshing sandwich on a hot, humid summer day, flavorful, satisfying, and generously portioned. Each sandwich is cut in half and wrapped individually, making it easy to save for later (just note it can get a bit soggy).

The Chop Cheese was absolute heaven! The slight kick from the peppers added just the right touch of heat. With the large portions, I enjoyed the second half for dinner at the airport. It was still delicious, even without being piping hot.

Don’t skip the mozzarella bites, a fun, creative twist on classic cheese sticks. Make your way to the back corner of Gather and give this place a try. It’s worth it!“

“This place was the ideal spot for a quick bite. Walking with three young girl and my wife in the Haywood Mall on a Saturday night, of course everyone got hungry. Pizza is always the go to when you cant figure what to do. The staff (Miranda) was energetic and careful with taking our order. They made sure we got the best slice of pie we were looking for. The manager ( Nathan) was very polite in making sure he talked with my children and made them feel comfortable when receiving their food. As we were in conversation other employees (James and Fredrick) were superior at advising me the what to do's and why they love working at that resturant. With not being from the area, I am amazed and the level of customer service they render and it will make me return everytime! There arent too many times where you will find good food and outstanding service from a fast food resturant in a food court, but this one deserves 10stars!!!!!“

Ali, the gentleman who handled everything from hosting to serving to cashiering, was so polite and welcoming. Excellent service and great food make this place a winner.
