Overall, the food was very filling, very tasty, and the presentation was especially nice.
I had the curry ramen which was very rich, bold, and really packed a punch of flavor. My wife got the classic ramen, which was much more mild in flavor, but adding chili oil to it helped.
The classic ramen came with pretty large, thick pieces of chashu pork that were so tender, your lip could bite through it, and it felt like it melted on your palette, very good stuff.

Came through ITTO Ramen Bar on Poinsett Highway. Got the crab rangoon and a ramen bowl. I’m not even a big crab rangoon fan but these were decent. Ate a few of them no problem. Shoutout to whoever cooked them.
The ramen was alright. I kinda wish I ordered something else though. Wasn’t a huge fan of the ground beef in it. Still solid overall.
