Delicious options, friendly staff!

It’s high quality ice cream, but it’s also expensive. In my opinion it’s not worth the price but it’s still the best ice cream option in town, so it’s a bit of a bind.

Their flavors are also very excessive. They have lots of unique, custom flavors. But if you’re just looking for something basic like chocolate, vanilla, mint chip, etc. it might be tricky. I could not even get plain chocolate one time when I was here.

Absolutely horrible experience regarding a peanut allergy. We informed staff that my fiancé had a severe peanut allergy and mentioned it was severe at 3:10 while visiting. The female worker did take this into account and asked if it was severe and we both said yes. She then went to the back to get a new ice cream container for non cross contamination, and after my fiancé ate a bite, the first thing he tasted was peanut butter. Instead of the right ice cream flavor, she gave him one containing peanuts after going to the back to only get the flavor wrong. He had to be call an ambulance and we are now in the emergency room because of a negligent action that could cost someone their life. From the reviews, this doesn’t seem like it’s the first time this has happened which is unfortunate.

So creamy! They do half scoops so you can try more! Highly recommend!

Pretty good I was pleased

The best ice cream in town! You have to try their unique cones.

While I usually am a big fan of Jenni’s, unfortunately this location doesn’t meet the mark. The staff is nice, but you can tell it’s understaffed and it takes so long to get a simple scoop of icecream. Even with numerous customers waiting, it’s only ever one person serving icecream while the other works do back work in the kitchen. Unless you have the time and patience, I wouldn’t recommend especially when there are so many other ice cream ships in the area that can give you the same taste with a better experience.

A wonderful array of flavors. Very creative and high-quality ice cream. For me, due to the high prices, the value was just not there. But if you don’t care about small portions and high prices, and enjoy a broad selection of unique flavors, this is the place for you.

The ice cream was okay. This service was very slow as there was only one person working in quite a line.

Ehhhhh, its alright. I think I'll keep going to Dillards peach orchard. For 14 dollars a pint i was not impressed, the only flavor I thought remotely enjoyable was vanilla honey. I threw out green smoothie, banana pudding, and the salted caramel. One left to try, the cookie dough. Hopes aren't very high. -edit, no it sucks too. Is there any kind of refund process? If not what a waste of a 100 dollar bill. Coulda made better myself in a 5 gallon bucket, or stopped at the 7-11 for some haggen daz half the price.

Great ice cream with some unique flavors. The chocolate sheet cake is surprisingly delicious to be dairy free.

Servers have always been kind and work pretty quick.

Make sure to sample a few flavors before choosing.
