“Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!!Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.“

“I can't say enough about the staff and manager at the Pelham Jimmy Johns. We have ordered catering twice in the past two weeks and have had to alter both orders at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help us, even though the hiccups were caused by us. They were kind, accommodating, and the food was excellent. We are using them again this week, and will use them again and again in the future!“

“I just placed an order today (4/19/23) and there were only 2 people working - one woman in the store and one delivery person. They were both so kind and friendly even though it was VERY busy for them. I want to call out how pleasant they were and give them kudos for being awesome even while short staffed tonight. “Love this place!! No frills sub, it is perfect! My only complaint ( trust me, it’s really small) is I wish I could get a little more vinegar, less oil. The price is right and the sub hasn’t disappointed me yet. Try the #9 for a great Italian sub.“
