My wife went to grab us lunch and I was disappointed in the food. The chicken and steak was tough, rice was hard. My first time ever eating at a Joy of Tokyo and I will never go back or to any other Joy of Tokyo.

I've been eating at this location off and on for years and never had a bad meal. Hibachi is definitely their strength. They have sushi, but it's not a sushi restaurant. But for hibachi - always good!

This place is trash. If you eat sushi foreal then You just know. This food taste like I made it from a kit or something they have Philadelphia rolls with no smoked salmon. There’s only fake crab meat and cream cheese for every single roll. Greenville itself is a place with no culture to know the difference anyway

Been ordering here since 2014. Quality has gone done real bad. And dont even bother ordering online, you'll place your order over an hour a head and it still wont be ready. And if you try to cancel your order? They can't cancel your order and have no direction to point you to cancel your order. Embarrassing.

This place just needs to close down for lunch hours. It smells really horrible. Rice and salmon were extremely dry. The presentation of the plate looked as if they used gloves with teriyaki sauce on them. Now on the other hand, the service from the guy at the front counter, he was super nice. That’s the only good thing about it.

Ordered delivery. Worst delivery meal I’ve ever had. Juices from the meal had spilled all in the bottom of the plastic bag. The vegetables had been cooked beyond recognition. The spring roll was so greasy it had become soggy. Won’t order from JOT again.

Hard to go wrong here. Can watch them make your food through a nice little window. Quality of food is good. I'd suggest substituting the ginger sauce for the shrimp sauce. I believe personally has a lot more flavor and definitely has a lot of this calories.
